Who may use Wiply Play
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Photo permission
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every submitted photo and that creating and sharing the resulting game does not violate another person's privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.
Generated results
AI-generated visuals can vary and may not perfectly reproduce a person's appearance. We may reject unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unsafe content.
Payment and failed builds
The displayed price covers one personalized game. If our generation system cannot complete the build after its final attempt, the order moves to manual review. Refunds are not automatic and may be handled by support when appropriate.
Sharing
Anyone with a game link may be able to open it. Do not share a game publicly unless the person shown has agreed to that use.
